Refund policy

At Sandy Shindig Company, we want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned with any original packaging or tags, if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
